This young, ambitious Vietnamese-Norwegian company had established a niche in the world of software development outsourcing. To meet its growth goals, however, it needed 1) more talent; 2) a way to promote the cost effectiveness of its services while still inspiring confidence in the quality of its work.
Working directly with Orient’s C-suite leaders, we conducted an overhaul of the company’s marketing materials—including its website, sales decks, and recruitment content. The updated copy and revised formatting was designed to convey a clear, consistent message: the company could provide exceptional services for overseas clients because it took exceptional care of its Vietnamese workforce.
We also conducted workshops for Orient employees working in customer-facing roles. Focusing largely on verbal and written business communication in English, these training sessions prepared project managers, engineers, and other team members to thrive in cross-cultural collaborative environments.
