Tomato Tart

After harvesting tomatoes from the garden, we had an abundance of fresh Roma tomatoes. What better way to celebrate the tomato than with a homemade tart.

The recipe draws inspiration from Alison Roman's Tomato Tart with Garlic and Capers. The crust includes cornmeal and a whole lot of Parmigiana cheese. The tart is topped with capers.
